If you are booking a boat tour or a clear kayak tour in Turks and Caicos with us, we request you to first go through our cancellation policy and then only proceed as we want to maintain transparency with all our clients and want to make their holidays the best ones they have ever had. If you are fine with our cancellation policies, then you can move towards our booking window, which is user-friendly and easy to work with. Select your dates and the kind of service you want be it a private boat charter or a clear kayak tour in Turks and Caicos.

Our Cancellation policy is as follows

Guests should be at our location at least 15 minutes before tour. In the event you miss tour, you will not receive a refund or be rescheduled. Should you have difficulty finding  your tour location, please contact us for assistance at least 30 minute prior to your tour starting time.

Rescheduling will only be accepted if done two days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

You are eligible to receive 100% refund in the event you decide to cancel your reservation at least 72 hours in advance. You will only receive 50% refund in the event you decide to cancel no less than 48 hours in advance.

Cancellation due to the weather condition or mechanical reasons – full refund of all deposits/payments for tour.

Decisions on weather conditions and safety of the boat are at the sole discretion of the captain/ Tour Guide. Weather conditions that may cause cancellation-wind speed over 18 Knots (for kayak tours)  waves over 2.0 meters , typhoons, severe weather warning forecast.

For circumstances beyond the customers control such as canceled or delayed flights(with proof) an attempt to reschedule will be made and if impossible a refund will be issued.

Last minute illness, a poor mood, cloudy ,windy, or small rain showers weather, a hangover or jet lag are not acceptable reasons to request a refund for a scheduled trip.

Scheduled times may vary based on the tide and weather conditions .
